The Venture

This is a specialist professional Surveying Franchise covering all elements of building Surveying from Dampness reports to Party Wall Awards all reports and services are charged for at fixed fees or hourly rate from £150.00 per hour providing substantial income. No qualifications are required, but knowledge of buildings would be an advantage. We have all systems in place to provide full support. We will manage your phone calls, provide template documents for your reports. We provide full back up, including membership to a recognised trade body free of any charge. Ongoing email support for 5 years. The Franchise is renewable (at no further cost) every 5 years. There is a formal Franchise agreement for all party’s protection.

The Francise fees are 9% Plus VAT for all reports and Surveys sold.

The initial cost of the Franchise is £9,995.00 per area outside the M25. Some areas inside the M25 are available at £15,000.00 per area.

Areas across the entire UK are available.

There is no VAT on the first 8 Franchise areas after that VAT is chargeable at 20%. So don’t delay.  

This is a new company venture expanding a proven existing business model. The business will cover the entire UK rather than just London. The existing business has been established for 6 years; the new business is a complete duplication with substantial expansion. You use our business name, website and telephone numbers we take all your calls. We will provide professional business email addresses tailored to your needs and provide a full web page on our website for your promotions/ advertising.

Investment Opportunity

Incorporation of a new surveying business called Specialist Surveyors and Engineers (SSE London Ltd) company number 15599640. The current business SSES (London) Ltd only covers London and concentrates on Party Wall Surveys being operated by two employees, but makes substantial profits, accounts can be seen at Companies House.

The new venture will employ 20 Franchises and cover the entire UK, expanding the scope of surveys to cover dampness, structural defects, condensation, basement conversions and Party Wall Surveys. All surveys are charged between £400 to £25,000 depending on size. This is a proven venture, and investors will recover their entire outlay in full by year one with substantial profits thereafter.

The Market

• The UK surveying business is very much in demand, there is a shortage of specialist surveyors and expanding the current venture will be undertaken efficiently creating a network of new business Franchises turning over at least £3.6 million by year 3.
