Personal data is held for the purpose of supplying the individual with information that possibly is an interest to them, additionally with details that are progressing a transaction if suitable, and/or if a member of the staff of Rightbiz Ltd is required to contact them. Provided data is held by Rightbiz Ltd on secure servers for internal use, and is not shared with any Third Parties for marketing purposes. The data will be protected using appropriate security methods and will only obtain appropriate consents for processing data.
If the individual uses Rightbiz Ltd to publish a business for sale advert or chooses to contact a business for sale advert, details will be exchanged to the enquirer or the enquired in order to assist further the sale of a business. The particulars exchanged are as follows: email address, name, contact number and possibly address. Details are only exchanged to Rightbiz Ltd members.
Right to access: Every registered member of Rightbiz Ltd can access their personal data via their members' control panel on www.rightbiz.co.uk. If particular data are not found or not displayed, then these details can be requested using the contact form on www.rightbiz.co.uk/contact_us/ and subsequently information will be provided by a member of Rightbiz Ltd staff. Requests are free of charge with the exception of where requests are noticeably unfounded or excessive; we then hold the right to charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the information.
Right to export: Individuals have the right to export their personal data, this can be requested using the contact form on www.rightbiz.co.uk/contact_us/ and subsequently the exported data will be provided by a member of Rightbiz Ltd staff. If particular data cannot be modified, then these details can be changed at request using the contact form on www.rightbiz.co.uk/contact_us/ and subsequently information will be rectified by a member of Rightbiz Ltd staff.
Right to erasure: Individuals have the right to deactivate their account; this can be done via their members' control panel on www.rightbiz.co.uk. However, if the individual wishes to request the deletion or removal of their personal data from our system, this can be asked using the contact form on www.rightbiz.co.uk/contact_us/ in the following circumstances:
- Where the data is no longer necessary in regards to the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed.

Right to object processing: Individuals have a right to object to processing of personal data if the individual contests its accuracy, has objected to the processing, processing is unlawful and the individual objects to erasure, and/or the company no longer needs the personal data but the individual requires the data to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. This can be done by deactivating their account via their members' control panel on www.rightbiz.co.uk.
All requests made to Rightbiz will be dealt with in their own importance and in accordance with GDPR guidance.
Should a data breach occur, Rightbiz Ltd will take procedures to investigate and report the matter to the individual. In the event of a violation, it will be reported to the individual as soon as possible.
