The particulars exchanged are as follows: email address, name, contact number and possibly address. Details are only exchanged to Rightbiz Ltd members.
Right to access: Every registered member of Rightbiz Ltd can access their personal data via their members' control panel on www.rightbiz.co.uk. If particular data are not found or not displayed, then these details can be requested using the contact form on www.rightbiz.co.uk/contact_us/ and subsequently information will be provided by a member of Rightbiz Ltd staff. Requests are free of charge with the exception of where requests are noticeably unfounded or excessive; we then hold the right to charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the information.

All requests made to Rightbiz will be dealt with in their own importance and in accordance with GDPR guidance.
Should a data breach occur, Rightbiz Ltd will take procedures to investigate and report the matter to the individual. In the event of a violation, it will be reported to the individual as soon as possible.
