The company is registered for and currently provides; supported living services to adult clients in their local area. They are also registered to provide domiciliary care in the home, however at the current time are not making use of that registration. Service Overview: At the time of writing the business provides approximately 450 hours per week to 35 service users. These client’s range in age between 19 and 85, living with various diagnosis including Dementia, Alcohol Abuse, Mental Health Conditions Learning Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy. Services include, but are not limited too:- ➢ Community Engagement Activities ➢ Medication Support ➢ Peg Feed & Stoma ➢ Companionship ➢ Personal Care Customers: At the time of writing the company supports 35 clients, the majority of whom are funded via the NHS (ISF option) and the remaining via the Local Authority.
