Rapidly Expanding UK Drinks Business — £1 Million+ Turnover | Ownership from £50
Our ambition is to become the UK’s number one drinks destination. Now you can own part of the journey.
We have grown the company to more than £1 million turnover within 12 months. Now we’re pursuing our next stage of expansion: bringing drinks, suppliers, equipment and hospitality services together through one UK marketplace.
We already serve private customers and the hospitality trade through online drinks sales, keg supply, bar equipment and hire services.
The next chapter takes that business much further.
Our vision is a destination where customers discover their next favourite drink, venues find the products they need, and independent breweries and drinks producers reach new audiences.
From a keg for a garden party to supplies for a busy pub, we want to become the first place people turn to — combining choice, convenience and the people behind great drinks.
By welcoming more suppliers onto the platform, our aim is to expand the range, reach more customers and give people more reasons to return.
Our goal is to grow turnover to 20,000,000 the next five years. This is our growth ambition; future performance and returns are uncertain.
Own part of what comes next — from £50
We are offering a collective 10% interest in the business for £100,000, through a dedicated shareholder company.
Smaller share purchases start from £50. Buyers would own shares in the shareholder company, which is intended to hold the 10% stake in the trading business. Each buyer’s indirect interest would depend on their shareholding.
This is an opportunity to participate in a business with existing trading operations and a clear ambition to build a much broader marketplace.
Larger shareholdings and acquisition enquiries welcome
For serious buyers making offers over £100,000, we are open to discussing a larger shareholding, subject to valuation and agreed terms.
For the right buyer, we are also open to discussing a full sale of the business, with a handover and ongoing support. The purchase price and support arrangements would be agreed separately.
The company name is withheld from this public listing.
