The buyer is therefore not forced to use the seller's personal API keys, hosting accounts or private credentials.
BRANDING / WHITE-LABEL USE
The buyer's licensed deployment may be configured for agreed internal branding / white-label presentation as part of the commercial setup, subject to the final licence terms.

This price is for ONE perpetual, non-exclusive commercial source-code licence / deployable copy of Topa App Builder.
The buyer receives their own licensed software copy, source code and agreed setup/handover.
The seller retains the original master platform, core intellectual property and the continuing right to develop, use and licence additional copies of Topa App Builder to other buyers.
This listing does NOT offer exclusive ownership of the whole Topa platform and does NOT transfer global intellectual-property ownership.
Any request for exclusive acquisition of the entire platform, master IP or restrictions on the seller's future licensing rights would constitute a materially different transaction and would require separate negotiation and pricing.
LIMITED LAUNCH OFFER: The first 3 perpetual, non-exclusive commercial source-code licences are available at £14,995 each. Regular licence price: £25,000. The buyer may use, modify, brand and deploy Topa App Builder commercially and may sell applications created using the platform.
