🏡 A BUSINESS I BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP IS NOW FOR SALE

This is a very personal post for me, as I have decided to sell Vidalisting Ltd an AI powered property video marketing platform that I have invested a huge amount of time, effort and creativity into building.

The business was previously offered for £10,000, but I have now reduced the asking price to just £5k for the right buyer.

I didn’t simply create a basic website and attach a logo to it. I built Vidalisting as a complete online business, including the platform, brand, payment systems, customer journey, automation, marketing infrastructure and foundations needed to grow it.

WHY DID I CREATE VIDALISTING?

I noticed that property marketing still relies heavily on ordinary static photographs.

Estate agents may spend considerable time preparing a listing, arranging professional photography and writing the property description—but once the listing goes online, it can look almost identical to every other property being advertised.

Video can help bring a property to life, but traditional property videography can be expensive, slow and impractical for every listing. Many agents also don’t have the time or technical skills to edit professional videos themselves.

That is why I created Vidalisting.

The platform allows property professionals to transform the photographs they already have into premium cinematic property videos in minutes using AI.

These videos can be used across:

This has not been an easy decision because I know how much work has gone into creating it.

I am not selling because I no longer believe in the idea, and this is not a distressed sale caused by the platform failing. The major development, branding, automation and infrastructure work has already been completed.

I would simply rather see Vidalisting taken forward by someone with the time, property-industry experience, marketing skills, contacts or investment needed to grow it properly.
