We are an online 3D printing business that sells customised items via Etsy, Amazon and our website (www.welove3d.co.uk). After a successful 6 years, we have decided to move abroad and the sales have declined over the last year due to us focusing on our new jobs (which is reflected in the purchase price). The current sales are all organic and we are fulfilling orders rather than focusing on growth and increasing sales.
Financials
Below is the annual turnover at the end of each financial year:
2021: £160,000
2022: £148,000
2023: £160,000
2024: £208,000
2025: £98,000
Current State of the Business
Our decision to sell is driven purely by our upcoming move abroad. Although there has been a decline in sales, we’re confident the business can return to previous turnover levels with renewed time and attention.
We’ve already opened new marketplaces that are beginning to generate sales and offer strong growth potential. We have a clear understanding of the factors behind last year’s decline and would be happy to guide a new owner through the steps needed to rebuild momentum.
