I'm selling a fully set-up AI agency starter business that's ideal for anyone looking to get into selling chatbots and automation solutions to local businesses or agencies. The model is built around helping entrepreneurs sell chat-based automations into businesses — but it could just as easily be run as a direct B2B service (which I’ve not had time to pursue myself).
What’s Included in the Sale:
A professionally built website (aiagencystartup.com), complete with homepage, offer breakdown, product tiers, and call-to-action areas.
A suite of proven chatbot and automation templates (designed in Botpress and Make). These have been built and refined to help clients get up and running fast.
The marketing and sales collateral used to sell the kits including email scripts, outreach templates, pricing guides, and onboarding docs.
A WordPress client site template, designed for entrepreneurs who buy the kit to use as their own agency site (easy to clone, customise and hand over).
A clear guide on how to source and contact leads including outreach methods, positioning tips, and lead-gen strategies that work well on LinkedIn, Facebook, and cold email.
Guidance on upsell opportunities — for example, offering installation services, custom chatbot builds, AI content workflows, or even white-labelling the platform for others.
What You Can Do With It:
The business is designed so buyers of the kit can:
Launch their own automation agency with very little setup time
Use the included tools to start selling straight away

Or, with minor tweaks, sell automation services directly to businesses (a route I haven’t had time to explore, but it has huge potential)

I’ve made £1,300 in revenue from selling these kits via manual outreach and referrals, so there’s already some validation. The business itself works, and there’s plenty of room to grow it – but I’m tied up with other projects, and to be totally honest, I just don’t have the time to market and support it properly.
