Earnings Structure:
You’ll receive 65% of the commission, with no deductions from your earnings. This gives you the flexibility and control to run your auction house in a way that suits you. No hidden fees: There are no monthly subscription fees, and no ongoing costs after your initial payment
With a 65/35 commission split, you could earn around £136k in a year just from 1% of estate agents in your area, passing you 1 property a quarter (4 pa x 17 agents = 68 properties in total) So if you manage 10% of estate agents in your area, thats £1.36M in a year with NO deductions, and thats just from estate agents…..
If you personally bring in 5 properties through your connections and advertising at above values, your earnings will be an extra £20k Per month, with zero deductions, other than your own personal expenses.
