As Franchisees embark upon the franchise journey our support cuts in to ensure that Franchisees have all the right information that will enable them to ensure that they are right for this opportunity and equally that they are right for us!

This support begins during the recruitment process when we work with our prospective Franchisees to enable them to put in place a realistic business plan including revenue, expenditure and profit.

We will also provide you with site locations having built great experience in dealing with shopping malls and also a full design and brand build package.

After joining our network Franchisees and/or their Teams will be placed in the hands of our training team to be brought up to speed on all our systems and processes.

Our training is very operations led so whilst a little classroom training is needed the vast majority of the training will be out in our kiosks learning the operation in detail.

Our training doesn't end there, we will work with you during the launch of your business with a dedicated marketing launch package

And finally once you have launched we will action a full programme of weekly and monthly support-operations, product development and marketing.
