We fully support you help you find great events and do all the baking !

All you need is transport - somewhere to use as a small storage you do not even need premises !

WHO ARE CHOCK SHOP?

We specialise in creating delicious taste experiences through our range of extravagant artisan brownies.

Crunchy peanut butter, sticky toffee and rocky road are some of the firm flavour favourites among our younger fans. 

Grown-ups can sink into the bliss of our Belgian Callebaut white chocolate brownies, or go for a cheekier pick-me-up with brownies laced with butter cream liquors, such as Baileys, or Welsh whiskey.

With thousands of satisfied customers, and after sustained success trading at festivals, shows and other live events, we are expanding the business through a franchise model.

CHOCK SHOP FRANCHISE PACKAGE

Our franchise package offers all the training and support you need to help you get your business off the ground, including:

• Full rights to use the Chock Shop brand within the franchise territory
• A comprehensive support package to help you into business
• Full training covering all areas of the business
• On-site support to help you get the business launched in your area
• Initial supply of equipment and marketing materials
• Fully exclusive franchise territory
• Copy of our comprehensive franchise operations manual 
• A five-year franchise agreement with a right to renew at the end of the term.

OUR SUPPORT MEANS YOU GET OFF TO THE BEST START

Our franchise package fee is comprehensive and currently available at just £10,000 (plus VAT). In addition, franchisees will need to fund a suitable vehicle and livery if they don’t have one. We estimate about £1,000 should cover costs for these.

We will help you to promote the business when it is launched. The start-up investment for the business is listed at the back of the brochure and includes everything that you will need to purchase to establish your Chock Shop franchise.

Finance for the business is potentially available from Franchise Units of the major clearing banks (subject to status and business plan). 

For a franchise business, the banks may be willing to lend up to 50% or 60% of the total capital required. As part of the recruitment process we will provide information for your business plan and this can be shared with the banks to raise finance if required.

EARNINGS POTENTIAL

Our experience shows that potential income generated by the Chock Shop franchise represents an excellent return. When we meet we will have the opportunity to discuss sales and finances in far greater detail. However, as a guide we estimate an operating profit (before tax) to total over £30,000 in year 1 - £40,000+ in Year 2 and over £50,00 in Year 3.
