Unfortunately, due to personal issues, I am considering selling my domestic and commercial cleaning business which I have started in August 2020 during the pandemic.
Operating as self-employed, in Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, and the surrounding areas, the business has quickly established a solid customer database. The business provides commercial cleaning, domestic cleaning, (weekly and one-off cleans) end-of-tenancy cleaning, and oven cleaning.
Within the first seven months of opening the business, the income reached £20.000 most of which was pure profit, with the small deductions here and there for minor cleaning supplies such as sponges and various cleaning solutions.
The business will be sold with a completely functional website, google ads campaigns, which are currently put on hold as we have enough return business, therefore we do not need to spend any funds on advertising at this time. Unless the potential buyer decides to promote an aggressive ads campaign, I would personally say this business can run on autopilot from now on. The campaigns can easily be reactivated with the click of a button.
Full guidance and assistance will be provided for your staff within the first 14 days of acquiring the business.
The business comes with a 4.1 stars review rating (5.5-star reviews) on TrustPilot and 5.0 stars review rating on Google (7.5-star reviews).
We have worked hard on starting up this business, lots of blood, sweat, and tears have gone into it, and it has all paid off, I am only considering a potential sell due to current circumstances.
Again, the business comes operating at 100% operating capacity. Training to use the online scheduler and the online invoicing system will also be provided and full assistance will be offered for the first 14 days.
I am happy to answer any questions you might have, just send me an email.

Fraudsters will typically use false news in an attempt to get you to act quickly. For example, 'Your account has been disabled. Reset your password now.'.
Review the performance of a business to make appropriate financial projections. Some businesses are dormant or not trading, so it is essential to check their short and long-term potential.
