Cube Commercials are excited to offer two food kiosks for sale inside a new private food market venue that has been open for 3 months with huge potential to grow once fully established.
Location
Located in the heart of Central London, just minutes from Southwark and Borough High Street Underground Station, benefiting from strong office lunch trade, tourist footfall, nearby residential developments, and excellent transport links.
Currently, 6 kiosks are already operating successfully within the venue, with only 2 kiosks remaining available for sale at a premium of £15,000 each. Operators also have the option to take both kiosks, provided they trade under one of the approved food concepts listed below.
With demand continuing to increase and the venue growing rapidly in popularity, the remaining kiosks are expected to be secured very quickly.
Ongoing pedestrianised works will allow outdoor seating exclusively for venue customers.
The venue also caters to sports fans, with large TVs showing Sky Sports and planned events for the FIFA World Cup this summer and also boasts a bar upstairs with regular DJ nights.
