Build a business of your own while helping people access the care and support they need at home. Aegis Care Solutions offers a complete hands-on management franchise for individuals with care-sector experience, strong leadership capabilities and the ambition to make a meaningful contribution to their local community.
Â
Established in Leeds in 2017, Aegis has since replicated its person-centred home-care model in Wakefield and York. We are now seeking suitable franchise partners to introduce Aegis Care Solutions to new territories, drawing on the systems, experience and support developed across these three areas.
Â
Your Role as a Franchise Partner
Â
This is an opportunity to establish and actively manage your own business, rather than a passive investment. As a franchise partner, you will recruit and lead your care team, develop relationships with clients and local partners, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of a dependable home-care service.
Â
Applicants should have previous experience in care, strong leadership skills, a commitment to high standards and the motivation to develop a business. Regulated care services require registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with appropriately qualified individuals appointed to the relevant roles.
Â
Training and Ongoing Support
Â
The franchise package includes an agreed exclusive territory, training, business manuals, ongoing support, mentorship, and access to established policies, procedures and care-management systems.
Â
Our team will provide guidance on launch planning, recruitment, marketing and the CQC application process. As your business develops, you will continue to have access to head-office advice and regular business reviews.
Â
Support with Local-Authority Opportunities
Â
Aegis provides practical guidance on pursuing local-authority tenders, alongside contract templates and support in understanding commissioners’ expectations.
Â
This support is designed to help you identify and pursue opportunities within your territory. Although tender success cannot be guaranteed, you will have access to guidance throughout the process.
Â
Founder Mentorship for Franchise Partners Joining in 2026
Â
Franchise partners who join Aegis by 31 December 2026 will receive a personal mentorship package with founder Gerald Johnson and Aegis Team.
Â
The Aegis team, lead by the founder, will share the approaches used to establish the Leeds business and replicate the model in Wakefield and York. Through this mentorship, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn from the team’s experience and receive practical guidance as you prepare to launch and develop your business.
Â
Explore the Franchise Opportunity
Â
The Aegis Care Solutions franchise prospectus provides further information about the franchise package, your responsibilities, the support available and the next steps.
It also outlines how we can help you explore funding options. Any lending is subject to eligibility and approval, and additional start-up costs may apply.
Â
Request the Aegis Care Solutions franchise prospectus to assess whether this opportunity aligns with your experience, ambitions and business objectives. There is no obligation to proceed.
