When the opportunity arose to transform a tired former snooker hall into a live music venue, we saw its potential. Emerging from the pandemic and following the sale of a business we had run for many years, we were ready for a new challenge. Our vision was simple: to create a welcoming venue where artists could perform, audiences could enjoy great entertainment, and people could make lasting memories in a safe, friendly and fun environment. Since opening, Smile has grown into a diverse live music and entertainment venue, welcoming tribute acts, original artists, established performers, independent promoters, community events and private celebrations. Throughout that journey, we've remained committed to supporting emerging talent and giving independent artists opportunities to develop and grow.
