Tonys frying machine has been trading for 10 years under the current ownership and the round has been going for around 30 years under previouse owners.
We cover villages and pubs in the new forest mainly between salisbury and Romsey.
We also cater for parties weddings and events (2 of which are very profitable). There is huge scope to do more corporate events and lunchtimes and also private events. The reason for selling is we would like to relocate over the next year or so to be back nearer family.. The business has a high weekly turnover for a mobile and is very profitable and would make a great add on to a fish and chip shop or would suit a couple who could take the business further . Being the sole owner i have not taken the business to its real potential due to limited time. We employ roughly 4 students who help out with service each evening 1 on normal evenings and 2 on the very busy ones.The sale would include the van which is fully kitted with fridges freezer bain marie and 4 friers chip dump and hot food holding facilities and is compliant for foos hygiene with 2 sinks and the business has a 5 star food hygiene rating. Also included would be the generator all the prep equipment ie extra fridges freezer thawing cabinet chipper and rumbler and tools required to run the business.Also you can operate from the unit we currently rent or you could run this from a shop or garage .
