Business Details

Social Media Business with 150k Turnover & £95k EBITDA for sale

The business is a social media marketing business. It helps create content, ads and social media posts for individuals and businesses.

It was originally set up as a sole trader business a few years ago and then went Limited in May 2025. The owner, over time, has taken a step back from the day to day activities to spend time at home with her children so she has hired subcontractors who manage the vast major of the workload and help maintain client relationships. The subcontractors are willing to stay on post-sale (full time or part time, freelance or PAYE) and the owner is willing to do a short-term handover as part of the sale.

All the work is done remotely with clients situated all around the UK and we have 1 client in New Zealand (we have had several non-UK clients in the past).

The business operates at £150,000 turnover with £95,000 EBITDA. Monthly revenue is very consistent due to some long-standing clients and any new clients are onboarded on a 2 or 3 month rolling contract. We feel like we've taken the business as far as we can, someone who has time to take more clients on or has resources to invest into higher advertisements has a huge potential to really expand and grow the business.

The business advertises on Facebook and Instagram and has been very successful by doing this.

The reason for the sale is the owner wishes to explore a career outside of social media (she has a passion for horse jumping which she'd like to do full-time).
