I have been trading in the local area for 18 years and went limited 5 years ago with one labourer, Since then we have grown year by year, turnover and increased consistently every year, men on the ground has increased consistently also. We offer in house Architectural and Structural designs and complete turn key construction needs, We cover all aspects of construction in the residential market a complete one stop shop. Our target market is mid to high end
We have strong books available have no debts in the company at all, cleared tax paid money in the bank accounts and all tax bills are paid nothing outstanding at all.
Our work primarily comes form recommendations and referrals, along with new enquiries on a regular basis.
We are multi award winning and trading standards approved along with also being part of the Federation of master builders.
I run the whole company myself form start to finish and have come to realise that I am limiting the company as I physically cannot work or accommodate any more work on my own.
I would be open to to remain working at the company long term for the new owners.
