A rewarding home-based business helping clients create unforgettable weddings, celebrations and corporate events.
Â
Have you ever looked at a beautifully organised event and thought, "I'd love to do that, but I wouldn't know where to start?"
Â
That's exactly why Smooth Operator was created.
Â
Founder Nicola Lewis with 20 years expertise in event planning & management, is now available as a franchise. It's built around 3 trademarked systems, hands-on mentoring and a trusted network of more than 200 suppliers, venues and event professionals.
Â
You don't need previous experience in party or wedding planning. You simply follow a proven process that has already helped deliver hundreds of successful events.
Â
Why Smooth Operator?
• Home-based business with low overheads
• Exclusive territories available
• Flexible lifestyle with sizeable income potential
• Three trademarked operating systems
• Access to over 200 trusted suppliers and venues

Â
Your role is to ensure the host is a guest at their own event (Nicola’s mantra). You'll guide your clients through the planning process while coordinating trusted suppliers who each do what they do best. The result is a premium, seamless experience that clients genuinely value.
Â
Clients typically pay a significant deposit well before their event, creating positive cashflow as you build your forward order book. Every successful event also creates opportunities for future business through referrals from guests, venues and suppliers.
Â
Perhaps the most rewarding part of the business is knowing you've helped create one of the happiest days of someone's life. Few businesses generate the level of appreciation and recommendations that successful event planning can.
Â
What You'll Receive
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support / mentoring
• Nicola Lewis's three trademarked Smooth Operator systems
• Access to a trusted supplier network developed over 20 years
• Marketing support and professionally developed business tools
• Exclusive territory rights
Â
The franchise fee is just £8,500 and, subject to eligibility, many applicants may qualify for a Government Start Up Loan. Because the business operates from home, there is no requirement for expensive premises, making Smooth Operator an affordable route into business ownership.
Â
If you're organised, enjoy working with people and would like to build a premium business you can genuinely be proud of, we'd love to hear from you.
