The current franchisee has had to make the difficult decision to sell her business after over five years of trading due to relocating out of the area.

This wedding and event styling business is very well established within the area and benefits from strong working relationships with venues in and around the areas of Hamilton & Bothwell, Stirling & Bridge of Allan, Callander and St Andrews. Ambience Fife & Stirlingshire also benefits from the fantastic brand awareness in the area, closely neighbouring our successful Edinburgh franchisees.

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, business-minded, and creative individual/s to continue the success and reputation of the franchise.

We will fully support the purchaser to ensure a smooth transition and handover of the stock and bookings. 

Information on the turnover will be given by the seller upon meeting with the perspective buyer.

Bookings:

An excellent diary of bookings to be inherited by the purchaser from 1st August.

Stock:

The purchaser will receive a fantastic, extensive stock package consisting of a wide range of products and props which also include all of the items required for the bookings in the diary. The stock will assist the purchaser in achieving a high average booking value on future leads.*Please note: storage will be required - a garage space would be sufficient however the current owner rents a shipping container.

Relationships:

The current owner has worked at a number of beautiful venues in the area and the purchaser would benefit from a preferred supplier status at The Old Course Hotel St Andrews, The Fairmont St Andrews, Kinkell Byre, The Rhynd, Cambo House, The Cowshed Crail, Backhouse Rossie Estate, and Balbirnie House. This relationship provides a excellent stream of leads and earning potential for the purchaser.

Full comprehensive training and ongoing support— the level of training and coaching you’ll receive from our experienced team is something we’re very proud of. Franchisees are provided with in-depth training that has been developed over 20 years to ensure that even in a fast-paced industry, we’re constantly evolving and staying ahead. Covering everything from financial/business management, marketing, networking, and digital presence, a large part of our training is also focused on creating styling/designs that are consistent with our brand. It doesn’t end there; further training and workshops are organised to continually develop styling skills.

You will have the freedom and creativity that being self-employed provides whilst still having the backing and support from our Head Office team as and when you need it. 

Experience required:

There’s no need for you to have previous experience in the wedding and events sector. With 20 years in business, we’ve consistently evolved our strategies and techniques to develop a proven business model that works. We provide all of the training, coaching, tools, and resources to support you in developing your very own wedding and event styling business within your local area. It would however greatly assist you from the start if you have transferrable skills from previous roles such as customer facing, delivering exceptional customer service, using computer systems, understanding how social media platforms work, and working to deadlines. We are looking for ambitious, creative, business-minded candidates with a drive to succeed.

Work from home:

You can run your Ambience franchise from home, provided you have storage space for your stock and an area in which to work on your laptop/hold Zoom consultations.
Our franchise network is formed by a team that supports each other with advice that comes from years of personal experience; some of our franchisees have been with us for over 10 years! Our Head Office team is on hand Monday–Friday to assist you, and with a private Facebook group to interact with other franchisees and fortnightly online trade meetings, you’ll have access to incredibly valuable information as and when you need it.

Financial Costs:

Purchase Price - £68,500 (no VAT to pay). 

PLUS Training - starting from £1600 VAT .

There is a monthly management fee of £325 VAT payable for the length of your contract, for which you will receive a vast range of benefits and support/coaching throughout your time with us. - Management of your very own webpage on our page 1 Google ranked website where you’ll receive enquiries. We will ensure your page is continually maximised in terms of SEO value and will also make any amends to your page when required.

-  Our in-house designed CRM program will allow you to log enquiries, send quotes, confirm new bookings, and much more. Think of it as your very own virtual assistant!

- Access to hire stock from Head Office and other franchisees to keep your costs down.

- Access to hundreds of business templates, email templates, “how to” documents and much more

- A portfolio of Ambience styled images showcasing many of your products so that you can promote yourself within your local area

- Access to our private FB group to interact with other franchisees - ask questions, share experiences and ideas, get notified of business /industry updates

- Access to fortnightly Zoom meetings with our HO team and other franchisees to discuss business /industry updates

- Access to online group training sessions throughout the year

- Access to our trends and inspiration online workshop which takes place annually

- Marketing/advertising campaigns run by HO continually throughout the year including weekly mailers to our active client database of almost 10,000 clients!
