After 24 years at my garage and 40 years in the motor trade it’s time to take things a bit slower.
Both businesses on the premises are for sale with fixtures,fittings and equipment included. Staff are aware of the plans and are and integral part of any deal struck.
I’m happy to lease the MOT station and repair workshop separately from the Car Sales,but feel one tenant could be the way forward.
Car Sales consistently averages 30 sales a month and has done for several years now,it also has a large number of repeat customers. There are two sales staff who cover all seven days of the week.
MOT station averages 7 tests a day,there are three staff all with MOT licenses. Local custom is strong but I’ve never advertised the business so scope for expansion is wide.
Both businesses have up to date and healthy accounts which I’d be happy to share with a genuine prospect.
For the right person I’d be willing to enter a stocking agreement for the Car Sales with regular supply of quality cars through my contacts.
