We opened the shop two months ago, and it was truly my dream project. I invested a lot of time and effort into designing and renovating the space to create a welcoming dessert spot. The shop is located in the heart of Northampton on St. Peters Walk, an area with very high foot traffic and a busy road, plus 2 hours of free parking nearby, which attracts many visitors. Especially during the summer season, the shop performs very well as we offer ice cream, bubble tea, milkshakes, and desserts. We also receive many online orders through Uber Eats and Just Eat.
The business is ideal for a family-run operation, as the running costs are low while the profit margins are high — a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for themselves rather than for someone else.
Unfortunately, we can only give up the business due to unexpected family circumstances. We will have to move away from Northampton and unfortunately do not have the possibility to properly run a food business from a distance, which is why we are looking for someone who can take over this great opportunity.
