FOR SALE
645731
We have decided to sell our long-established cleaning business due to relocating to another country.
We have several very good running contracts with established organisations such as an The University of Reading, a local church and several property managers with a vast list of previous clients and contracts.
In the summer months we work with several estate agents on student cleans where the revenue could be easily boosted 2 or 3 times depending on the new owner's capacity.
The company used to generate more than 500k revenue per year when we used to do large commercial contracts but we have in the last couple of years shrunk our operation to allow for easier and less hands-on management while preparing for relocation.
The director can assist in acquiring more contracts depending on the new buyer's preference given the wealth of past experience and clientele which could be accessed for new promotions or offerings.
We have a bespoke website with an efficient booking and scheduling system as well as an integrated payment system making the booking process seamless.
The business also has profiles in several directories for lead generation such as Checkatrade and Bark.com and well-developed campaigns and prompts both for acquiring clients and personnel.
There's several long-standing employees that are happy to continue working for the business.
The business has no debt at the moment and owns 3 (unbranded) vehicles that have been fully serviced and are ideal for the work. There's several vacuum cleaners and a carpet cleaning machine that also go with the sale. Based on the preference we could sell the company along with the assets, branding etc or just transfer the contracts to the new buyer's company.
The current director can offer full support and assistance with the operations and management for up to a year after sale.
