Moo Moo is a sister restaurant of the famous Peck Peck on Mare street. We opened in September 2024 and have been growing in revenue each year. We are selling as we are expanding peck peck and can no longer give it the love it deserves. The shop also operates as a dark kitchen franchisee of beer burger. We have a brand new, renewable 10 year lease, of which the rent is £20000 per anumn, payable quarterly. There are no business rates.
The shop consists of a 12 cover, high bar style seating area, an upstairs service kitchen and a downstairs prep kitchen. We are situated directly across from the new entrance to hackney central station on graham road, with fantastic footfall. Graham road and mare street are already known for being a renowned food destination with many other F B businesses in the area, and more opening by summer.
We have a special reduced 23% commission rate on deliveroo which is very rare to find, due to our exclusivity with them and our relationship to peck peck.
Moo Moo burgers turned over £325k in 2025, but we also operate as a franchisee of beer burger, which turned over an additional £300k in 2025, so total turnover out of the shop was £625k.
All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale, with a fully equipped kitchen to keep operating as a burger shop. We have a dedicated team currently operating the restaurant who will be more than happy to stay on should you require. Also included is training from us until you are fully operational and know how to run the shop successfully.
Moo Moo is also trademarked which we will transfer over to you, along with our website and social media channels.
Our asking price is £175k but we are open to offers.
