Harts Barn Cookery School (HBCS) is an award wining cookery school and events venue based in the beautiful Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
It is sited on the main A4136, Gloucester to Monmouth Road and the centre has brown tourist signs. It is also on a main bus route with bus stops directly outside of the site.
HBCS was established in 2011 and has been providing ‘Cookery For All’ experiences for 15 years. In the time it has developed a national reputation for recreational cookery classes and attracts Tourists including international guests.
