Harts Barn Cookery School (HBCS) is an award wining cookery school and events venue based in the beautiful Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

It is sited on the main A4136, Gloucester to Monmouth Road and the centre has brown tourist signs. It is also on a main bus route with bus stops directly outside of the site.

HBCS was established in 2011 and has been providing ‘Cookery For All’ experiences for 15 years. In the time it has developed a national reputation for recreational cookery classes and attracts Tourists including international guests.

Other services included are parties, corporate events, hen & stag parties, venue hire and a speciality is our Hire a Chef service.

The school is leasehold and located on a destination site, Harts Barn Craft Centre, with other businesses including shops, tearoom and other eclectic range of outlets.
