Location

Description

The vending machine unit is a Westomatic Elevate and the first of its kind in the UK.

The unit is owned outright and has been shipped directly from Italy at a cost of £11,400 new. It is a premium machine and the only model that does not drop drinks from height; instead, it carefully delivers drinks to the customer, preventing damage. It is the only one capable of holding over 405 × 500ml drinks and more than 648 × 300ml drinks, offering exceptional capacity.

Depending on footfall, the machine typically requires restocking once every 2–3 weeks. The backend system provides full visibility and control, making it effortless to manage and a strong income generator.

It can be monitored via the MoMa App, which is part of the Nayax card payment system (not the vending machine itself and through the app, the owner can track daily sales in real time and view summaries showing which products need restocking.

The machine comes with two sets of keys and includes a guarantee of up to five years. It is built for durability and long-term use.

Business Operation

It has been tested and confirmed that energy drinks are the best-selling product in this location. All stock is purchased via Booker and promotional deals, allowing for margins of approximately 40–55% (excluding rent). The new owner also has the flexibility to increase product pricing if desired. Currently, prices are set at only 10p above price-marked items, leaving room for further optimisation. For example, Red Bull prices were recently increased by up to 20p, resulting in a 1% margin improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for existing corner shop or supermarket owners looking to add a reliable, low-maintenance additional revenue streamto their income.

Business Premises

Located on the ground floor premises in a shopping mall.

Lease Terms

12 month lease commencement date 1 January 2026.
Should you wish to relocate or remove the vending machine from the shopping centre, only 30 days’ notice is required.
The service lease has been permanently reduced from £240 to £120 per month (including VAT). Should you wish to terminate the lease, the vending machine can be relocated and installed at your own premises
