The DOFF machine was specifically produced to clean heritage buildings, so anyone doing work or cleaning a listed building/monument will need to use a DOFF machine. There are over 500,000 listed buildings in the UK, and many more monuments and buildings that are not listed but in need of cleaning.
You can find these buildings easily on Historic England and local databases, and contact the building owners direct. Also many local councils have listed buildings, so contacting councils is a good move..
You can contact local architects, stonemasons, and heritage building companies to offer the DOFF cleaning services. 
The DOFF system is specified by all local council conservation officers in the Uk, so local planning applications (Listed Building Application) will show what buildings have permission to be Doff cleaned.
Another huge market is residential houses, as older properties have years of industrial grime etc on their bricks, and the DOFF machine can bring them back to looking like new, and increase their house value. This can be marketed via simple leaflet drops to dirty houses. In the UK most major cities and towns have had a huge industrial past that created a large amount of smoke/grime that would have affected houses/buildings.
