Small buisness rates so no council tax needed to be paid, bills are low. The studio is ready to just continue as a buisness and will remain open until we sell. There is a lobby, kitchen, toilet and two tattoo rooms, one is smaller and ideal for either one artist or a piercing/tattoo removal or even beauty work. The big room can fit 1-3 artists. The maximum artists we have had working comfortably at one time is 4.
Everything will be left for you in the studio, stations, beds, sofas, we will only take a few personal items like pictures. Clinical waste and Autoclave can stay set up.
It is in a lovely area and is private, we have loved every moment of it. We are only leaving as our landlord is selling our home and are having to move locations due to family reasons.
