We are located on the corner of St Mary's Road and Fernside Road, with 6 parking spaces plus ample parking around making it the perfect spot to accommodate customers. The shop was fully renovated two years ago to create an additional venue to our first branded Clubhub venue of 5 years. Our first one closed in 2024 when the landlord sold the building, so we have the one shop now which we have run for 2 years.
Our brand is on point...A hub of clubs within a beautiful and very welcoming coffee shop, serving great food and barista coffee. This is a business that not only is growing week by week, but is very well respected with a very high google ratings due to great service and food. The website is modern, easy to navigate and comes with the business and a following of 2000 client listings.
I, Michelle the owner, created a brand for the community, one that any age loves. We are not just a coffee shop and reputable food venue, but we have added regular events like our gamers club, book clubs, art clubs, menopause club, CHAPS (mans club) and quiz nights. Income then layers on top with private hire like a ladies club, private catering, baby showers, hen nights, craft classes and courses plus regular private group meet ups.
We applied for an alcohol license but did not complete it due to my fathers death, one can be accepted quite quickly if applied for again.
