My name is Hannah and I’m the founder and owner of Brood Coffee House, a beloved local stay & play cafe known for its welcoming atmosphere and clean, safe environment for young families in Harrogate and beyond. Established almost 2 years ago, we have a loyal customer base and a steady revenue, thanks in large part to our excellent location on Commercial Street – a bustling town-centre address with high foot traffic that’s surrounded by many other thriving small businesses.
Why we’ve decided to sell:
After much reflection, I’ve decided to sell the business as we’re expecting a baby in December. I’m hoping to transition ownership of Brood to someone who shares my passion for serving excellent coffee, locally sourced food, and creating a space that’s dedicated to children and the local community.
