Sushi box (Caravan) Investment
Business Proposal: Sushi & Pizza Box Caravan
We are proposing a new mobile food concept—a Sushi & Pizza Box Caravan—designed to serve high-quality sushi and pizza party sets in the Wisbech area. This innovative venture aims to fill a significant gap in the local market, particularly for sushi, which is currently unavailable from any dedicated, hygienic takeaway establishment in town.
Investment Requirement:
We are seeking an internal investment of £6,500, which will be fully allocated towards:
Caravan modifications
Necessary kitchen equipment and storage installations
Current Assets & Operational Readiness:
A caravan was purchased this week and is already available for conversion.
Hand Man ready for conversion of the caravan.
Location.
Access to electricity and water / Toilet.
The caravan will be stationed on private land with a free electricity supply, reducing our ongoing operational costs.
All renovation and fit-out work will be carried out in-house by our team, incurring no additional labour costs.
I currently operate an existing business with the infrastructure and space to support this new project.
Market Opportunity:
Wisbech currently lacks any formal sushi takeaway service. The only known provider operates from a private residence with no formal hygiene standards or compliance protocols. This presents a clear opportunity to introduce a legitimate, compliant, and appealing alternative to meet increasing local demand.
Sales Channels & Strategy:
We will offer curated sushi and pizza party boxes for pre-orders, events, and takeaways. Our goal is to integrate with popular delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and other food apps, ensuring convenience and broad market reach.
Conclusion:
With the infrastructure in place, a strong team, and a clearly identified gap in the local food market, we believe this project presents a low-risk, high-potential opportunity. The requested investment will enable us to launch swiftly and cost-effectively.
Returns:
This project also lays the foundation for future business opportunities in the off-grid campervan market, expanding our potential beyond mobile food services.
