Our client has owned this unique Bike Café since 2022 and has been operating it around the streets of Edinburgh and at specific events since June 2023. Due to other business interests the owner has decided to sell on the bike to someone who can make more use of this great opportunity.

The bike was previously stationed outside The Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh’s West End where it built up a loyal following of people enjoying the exceptional coffee.

Includes an efficient 2 group lever coffee machine allowing up to 160 espressos an hour with coffee bean grinder, a spacious trunk for cold storage, water tank and gas bottle and canopies to operate in any weather.

A street traders licence is required from the council area that you choose to operate.

The bike is currently stored at a garage lock up on Palmerston Place Lane with a monthly rental of £600 including utilities, this lease can be transferred to the purchaser if desired. Alternatively, the bike can be relocated to an alternative location on purchase.

A guide price of £16,000 is sought for the bike to include all equipment and accessories.
