Total 71 covers across 2 floors, open rear courtyard and street seating outside.

Entrance into stunning coffee bar and coffee roasting area. New, high quality Toper Cafemino roasting machine.  Built in floor to ceiling shelving behind the bar.  New display fridge in coffee bar, and new upright cake fridge.  High quality La Marzocco coffee machine, fully refurbished. New glass washer, and plenty of other equipment.  Under-bar storage. Music system (built in speakers throughout seating area).

Up short flight of steps to mezzanine seating area for 24 covers.  Back wall includes floor to ceiling windows, Mezzanine internal balcony made from toughened safety glass creates an open and pleasant atmosphere.  Stylish hanging lighting.  Tables, chairs, high bar across one wall, bookcase.

Downstairs, toughened safety glass stairs-side letting lots of light in, to seating area for 20 covers.  Back wall has floor to ceiling window-doors letting in lots of light.  Tables, chairs, baby seats, dresser, under stairs storage.

New décor throughout customer areas.  Relaxing and contemporary feel.  Customers have been suggesting that the green is a Farrow and Ball colour!

Security alarm, fob activated.  Brand new camera system fitted (6 cameras) can be remotely viewed.

High quality new Toper coffee roaster.  We searched long and hard to find a high quality roasting machine of this size.  This one was imported specially from Turkey. Toper have been making roasting machines since the 1950s and this mid-size machine has been in production for over 18 years.  We can provide coffee roasting training.

Equipment necessary for running a coffee shop / café, including baking and cooking.  Quality La Marzocco coffee machine, two bar top grinders, hot water boiler/tap, milk steaming jugs, tea pots, cafetieres.  Various sizes of coffee cups and glasses, saucers, plates, cutlery, cake stands, etc. etc.  Full list available upon request.
