HAMTRAK is a small BBQ business which consists of a smoker and barbecue in the form of a train, fueled by coal.
We have previously attended festivals/events in the region of ~1000-2000 people, receiving amazing feedback for our products, and of course, the train!
The next owner of this business will be getting a truly amazing piece of equipment, along with all the added little extras needed to facilitate a field kitchen competently. (eg hand-wash sinks, equipment sink, tongs, bain Marie's etc). Recipes for the menu items that have been created will also be included, but will only be passed on once the sale has been completed. Roller banners for Hotdogs, Burgers, Pulled Pork & Salads are included, but again will only be passed on after sale.
Refrigerated vehicle has done less that 100,000 miles and is complete with tow bar. There is a crack in the doors, but this will be an easy fix. Full service & MOT history available.
Food truck has never been used by ourselves. This was going to be a part of the business, but never came to fruition. We have renovated the outside of it to make it more appealing and BBQamerican related, however. The inside will need work done to it. We have already replaced the gas fittings to the legal requirement and sufficient level to operate such equipment.
We will also listen to offers to buy vehicle/equipment individually.
