Actively Trading Elegant Wine Bar & Coffee Shop In Pembrokeshire
It is with sincere regret that we announce the sale of our cherished Wine Bar and Coffee Shop, "Scarletts." Due to the recent addition of a new baby to our family and the management of several other home-based businesses, we are left with no choice but to sell this beloved establishment. The challenge of finding suitable staff combined with our limited time has forced us to make this tough decision.
Our quaint establishment can be found optimally situated on Quay Street in Haverfordwest, nestled between Eddie's nightclub and Weatherspoons. Being the only wine bar in the locale, we have been fortunate to attract a crowd of peaceful, respectful customers. Our coffee shop, open from 10AM to 3PM on weekdays and extending to 9PM on weekends, has garnered a following of loyal customers that regularly patronize us for our freshly brewed coffee, superfood smoothies, delectable pastries, and savory lunch menu. We've also built an active and steadily growing social media presence under the handle @scarlettshaverfordwest on Instagram and "Scarlett's Coffee and Wine Bar" on Facebook and Google. We don't have an annual turn over but I'm happy to provide the accounts to show that during the short amount of hours we were open due to other commitments (4-5hours tuesday-saturday) We were taking in roughly 2k a month in the coffee shop alone. Having the wine bar open you should 3x that easily.
The prospective purchaser of Scarlett will find a beautifully designed interior that combines warm wood accents with modern lighting. One striking feature is the tastefully displayed selection of wines which are excellently complimented by a range of spirits and a prominently placed coffee machine. Creating a welcoming atmosphere was paramount for us, and that is evident in the blend of table seating and a cozy bar area. The establishment's strategically positioned, street-facing entrance makes it easily accessible and the visible signage boosts its prominence.
Scarlett's is not only known for its unique coffee and wine offerings, but also its versatile space which can be adapted for wine tasting events, casual drinks, or café-style dining. This lucrative business has significant potential for growth and is ideally suited for an individual or a couple prepared to invest the necessary time and effort.
