I am selling my window cleaning business that has been established over the last 7 years. During that time I have built a very loyal customer base who have their windows cleaned every four, six, or eight weeks. I am selling eighteen window cleaning rounds that earn an annual income of £20,000 and also a further £5000 income from gutter cleaning and one-off cleans. All 18 rounds earn approximately £150 each and consist of 100% domestic work using a water-fed pole. There is much more potential to generate more business but I am restricted to this current level of income due to ill health.
The sale of the business will include a full working van with a 500-litre water tank, two water-fed poles, one electric and one manually operated hose reels, two ladders, and a gutter vac complete with hoses.
