This Cafe & Italian Bistro business has been successfully operating for the past 20 years and has established a solid following. It sits at number five on Tripadvisor in Lincoln as a result of serving its faithful clients and an increasing number of new customers. Conveniently located a minute's walk from the high street, the restaurant is accessible and always ready to serve its customers. We are currently open Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 3pm, and 5pm to 8.30pm, and can accommodate up to 32 patrons between the indoor and outdoor seating areas.
The restaurant brings a unique charm with its warm and rustic interior. Designed with rustic wooden tables that bask in natural light, the dining area provides a cozy atmosphere. The courtyard has an alfresco dining experience with a seating capacity for an additional 16 guests outside.
On entering the business there is a display counter, it features an espresso machine, well-stocked wine racks, and Illy coffee. The street-front visibility of the location coupled with its central location makes it easily accessible, attracting a significant amount of foot traffic.
Currently, our menu comprises a rich variety of Italian dishes along with a specials board. This suggests our established offering that we constantly update to cater to the diverse palette of diners. While we have been successful in using delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats before, we chose to focus on our in-house customers.
Unfortunately, due to ill health circumstances, we are compelled to sell the business. We are looking to sell very soon and we welcome any reasonable offers. Despite being reluctant to let it go, we trust that the new owners would show the same care and dedication that enabled us to serve our customers for two decades.
