This newly established Pizza and Kebab Takeaway is currently available for sale in Derby, Derbyshire. The price of the leasehold is available on application, while details about the current turnover are also open to request. Offers from interested parties are currently being welcomed.  

The business has been under my ownership for the past 4-5 months. During this time, it has been extensively reopened and renovated. It boasts an excellent location with close proximity to many student accommodations and apartments. Furthermore, it enjoys a position within a parade of shops; an area renowned for attracting plenty of visitors. This is further complemented by a neighbouring convenience store that ensures good footfall, as well as the reduced levels of local direct competition. All fixtures and fittings will be included as part of the sale.

Since our launch, turnover has increased steadily each day, with the current scope of sales limited strictly to shop collections. This consistent growth in turnover over the past few months demonstrates the business' potential for further success. The initial intention was for the business to be run by my son, but due to a new opportunity elsewhere, he is unable to take charge. Thus, the decision to sell has been made with my forthcoming retirement in perspective.

Currently, opening hours are set from 5pm to 9pm, and the business remains closed on Sundays. This offers significant potential for growth, by way of extending operating hours which could boost the turnover substantially. As it stands, the company is self-run with an additional employee but this could potentially expand based on buyer's discretion. 

Additional growth opportunities are presented through the development of a digital and online presence. Currently, we have not partnered with any delivery platforms and do not have a website, which leaves room to tap into this market and further increase turnover.

Should delivery services be introduced, this would provide an additional boost to turnover.
