The light-weight extender plate simply slides between the mattress and the bed support frame, making it easy to use. The mattress in-fill is custom made to your bed size and shape and is made from flame-retardent foam. When in-place the extender frame supports the in-fill to provide a full-size bed. Normal fitted sheets will fit your bed perfectly.
