I am looking to sell a portion of my business, specifically 1 out of 5 21 grams. The purpose of this sale is to raise funds for the second stage of our expansion.
21 Grams is a well-established brand in the south west London area. It is independently owned and funded. The business is profitable, with a monthly turnover of nearly £30,000 and a profit of £6,000. The business is self-sufficient, thanks to an excellent team and manager.
The buyer will be required to rebrand the shop signage, or there is potential for a conversation about franchising to the right individual.
The purchase price includes all assets, including top-of-the-line machines. These assets are valued at approximately £81,000, including the fit-out.
There is no rush to sell the business, and for the right buyer, I am open to considering an installment plan. This would involve an initial payment of £100,000, with the rest of the amount paid over a period of 3 to 4 years, interest-free.
I am hesitant to sell one of my shops, but it is necessary in order to fulfill the second stage of our expansion plan, which involves growing from 5 to 10 branches. I am not interested in loans or investors.
