CONFIDENTIAL SALE

I took over this business in 2015 from multiple partners who decided to split their businesses due to retirement.
I am moving back home due to family reasons and am therefore selling the business. I am asking a very reasonable price for a quick sale.
Please note, the stock is not included in the asking price. From my rough estimates, I believe the value of the stock should not exceed £30,000.
I signed a 15-year lease in 2015. If needed, I can ask the owner if they would be interested in renewing the lease for an extended period of time. The rates amount to £10,000 per annum.
