🚨 *Business For Sale* 🚨
ESTABLISHED AND RUNNING!
I am selling Amiri dessert & boba due to personal circumstances. Unfortunately due to this, I am no longer able to give full time to the business, and I have come to a decision to sell this store.
Amiri Dessert & boba is located in the heart of Birmingham city centre of Broad St. We have grew in to a very popular dessert & bubble tea store in just 12 months of trading. We have had visits from Birmingham city footballers, instrgram influencers etc. My original plan was to franchise this brand and take it to the next level, which I have all the blueprint for, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to give this time to do so. I will hand over the entire shop, name, and rights for it, including any pending franchise deals. We have not done any sort of leafleting and marketing as of yet and the business is doing really well. We are not selling because we are not making money as we are doing very good figures and are not in a Rush or desperate to sell. A good team can market this shop out and really push its potential. With very cheap overheads to run. Staff are happy to stay if you decide to keep or if you want them to stay to train, they are happy to do that also. I will personally show you how to run the shop A-Z, from shopping to how to make orders and how to use the systems until you are satisfied.
Amiri is known for its desserts & bubble tea, especially our caramel pearls, which is a very big seller in stores and online. We also sell unique waffle corndogs, Croffles etc.
No expense has been spared setting this store up with a cost of over £100,000.
A fresh 10 year lease can be handed over as landlord is very flexible. We have up to 20 seats inside and waiting space for collecting customers.
Asking price £59,995 OVNO
I am happy to show all the paperwork and business done for the last 12 months. We are currently opening 6pm till late this shop has a lot of more potential if it is open from the morning.
Rent £1,000 PCM
