I am advertising my business due to health issues while maintaining a job and managing the business. The business is still operational and functioning well. We have performed admirably over the last two months, and our combined menu of desserts and food has helped fill a gap in the market. We are a new business in the area but have received a lot of local and student support, contributing to the growth of the brand's exposure.

The business has received great reviews on all food delivery platforms, including Google Reviews. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we are not able to give the full push that the business needs. We have taken catering orders for small parties and weddings, accommodating up to 600 people. The available space is ideal for catering, wholesale, and morning/afternoon/evening trade.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Lincat grills, commercial fryers, commercial electric hobs, utensils, and steel pans – all included with the sale. Multiple sockets are located all over the kitchen area, with an above-ceiling socket requiring a 10-meter extension. Wall-mounted emergency lighting and heat alarms are in place, along with fire extinguishers, a fire blanket, a first aid kit, and a burns kit. Blue Roll Dispensers are fitted on either side of the kitchen. 

The business runs an integrated menu of food and desserts, which has proven successful. The recipes have been trialed and tested, but there is an opportunity to change and alter the menu as desired.
