Ltd company for sale. FCA registered with limited permissions to provide Vehicle Leasing (Contract Hire) broker services.
I started this business in 2020 after being made redundant. Due to the supply chain issues in the new vehicle market leading to the lack of available deals and being offered a new job I stopped actively trading this business within a few months.
With the new vehicle market starting to return to normal, this should be an excellent opportunity for someone to make another go at this business. As this company is already FCA registered you can start trading again with minimal delays once the change of control has been approved.
Unfortunately I do not have time to commit to this business along side my job and due to a change in circumstance I am not in a position where I can take this on full time.
The FCA registration fees are fully paid up with the next invoice being due in October 2024.
The company is also VAT registered.
The company holds a UK bank account
The only debt the company owes is to me through directors loans which will be written off upon the completion of the sale.
Things to note:
A change of control application will need to be submitted to the FCA and they will need to approve a new person(s). A refundable deposit (if the new owners is not accepted) will be required to start this process.
