We are selling our New York style Brunch restaurant in the heart of this heritage town yet right on the commuter belt, just half hour to London Boroughs.  We have a Grade 2 listed building and a large 40 seater courtyard which is covered in the winter, we currently run vintage and Farmers markets monthly in the courtyard.  The building is fully furnished with impeccable interiors and machinery.  One full server with coffee bar and one small service kitchen, there is an upstairs for more seating also, full covers are 30 inside and 40 outdoors.  We are on a London bus route from London Borough of Bromley.

There is a charming team of workers who can go with the business also.  We are located with 3 National Trust properties surrounding us and also national rambling association wildlife walks.  The property has private parking spaces for staff and there is a public car park adjacent to the building which is in the centre of the town.

Current owners are relocating to New York.

There is an 8 year lease remaining and a yearly license for the courtyard/outdoor space.
