CAF ‘A’
Family Run CAF ‘A’ – on the market
We are a small family run, road-side café, who are looking to place our business on the market.
We have owned and operated our café for around 6-7 years, and have put a great deal of time, effort and love into making this a friendly and welcoming café to all our regular and new customers.
Situated in a great location near the service station and Travelodge at Junction 22 of the M1, we have a good mix of local and passing customers, and over time we have built a reputation for great quality and very affordable food, whilst providing a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to our guests (check out the reviews on TripAdvisor and our Facebook page).
We have recently refurbished the entire premises, including installing a new roof, new lighting and electrics, fresh paint and a revamp of the interior. The café is ready to go and can be opened tomorrow.
The café will be sold with everything that you would possibly want and need for an established business, so you can hit the ground running. All the existing kitchen equipment and accessories will be sold as a complete package. This includes the Bain-Marie, Hot Plate and Grill, large Diesel Generator to power the whole building and a variety of kitchen essentials such as fridges, hot water storage and toasters, and all of the smaller items such as pots and pans, plates, mugs and glasses, utensils and crockery, will all be ready and waiting for you.
We are disappointed to be listing our small business on the market, but we feel now is the right time to hand the keys over to the next owners, who will hopefully be able to carry on where we have left off.
