Busy Cleaning company for sale
Recently, I started an online cleaning company that specializes in residential, commercial, office, and Airbnb cleaning. The entire business setup, including the website with booking forms, automated alerts, emails, and text messages to customers, cleaners, and admins, was built to be run completely online. This platform enables customers to book a service online within 60 seconds. In addition, users can effortlessly change or add more locations.
The initial plan was to hire self-employed cleaners due to our lack of experience in running a business. As soon as we launched Google Ads, the influx of demand was astronomical and overwhelming to a degree where we couldn't manage it. Consequently, we suspended the ads to regroup and reorganize our operation strategy.
Interestingly, although we did not initially offer window cleaning services, we received a high volume of inquiries for this service. This led us to form a partnership with a window cleaning company that now perform these services on our behalf. The alternative would be to conduct the cleaning ourselves, an idea that we did not fancy.
Considering our inexperience in running businesses, and the massive demand that is becoming difficult to manage, we have decided to sell the business. It would be better to pass it onto a more experienced individual rather than running it ourselves and potentially failing.
