Hello I’m selling a very lucrative recruitment company which I have built from scratch.
I have been running it for about 3.5yrs and it makes me really healthy profit margins per month. I don’t put in many hours as I have now put a great team together but managing the team is always required and making sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing.
The company has no debts, there is no lease as all the staff are working remotely therefore this can be managed from anywhere in the world. All the systems are in place for you to monitor the staff calls and work.

I spend around £15k per month to pay my staff whom are based in the middle east, Kenya and London.
On a weekly basis we pay our contractors around £30k per week using a finance factoring company to pay 90% of the invoices in advance.
I have managed to build a huge database in the healthcare space but also built a massive database in other sectors which remains unexplored due to my lack of time.
Reason I am selling the business is that I have been in recruitment for around 10yrs now and I have just opened a Recruitment academy teaching other entrepreneurs how to successfully start and scale a company therefore I do not have the time and the drive to run this business anymore.
