Dog walking business with over 1 year in trade. 

Established client base, comes with social media etc which is where most of my leads come from - it markets itself! 

Whole business is run through an app which simplifies systems and makes everything easier. It does admin, including accounting and managing bookings for you. This is very different from what most other businesses in this sector are like - it is fully comprehensive and makes all the admin side of things a walk in the park (pardon the pun). It keeps all your clients, leads and messaging in one place, allows clients to book directly without the back and forth (with bookings not confirmed without your approval; keeping you in charge), gives clients updates (which they love) and automatically generates invoices for you based on the bookings they make, which can be scheduled to be sent out automatically. It can also be linked to quickbooks to even further reduce admin. Leaves you to get to enjoy the good bits with way less of the usual stress of running a business!

FINANCES

Built to 50 clients (and lucky to have a really lovely client base), with an average turnover per month of £2000-2400 working only 25-30 hours/week. 

Massive potential to increase earnings from here - I turn down A LOT of work. 

Essential costs are only around £30/mth (full cover insurance, app, treats&poo bags) plus petrol.

I’ve developed a handover plan to ensure clients stay as you take the business on, and have developed a playbook & plan for growth, and everything I wish I knew at the start. 

A little note 

This is such a dream job. I get paid to hang out and build bonds with lovely dogs, and to be outside in the sunlight and nature all day. 

I’ve put my heart and soul into this business and it’s paid me back dividends above just the monetary gain.
