Black Tools is an independent supplier and importer of quality agricultural and forestry machinery, we also import Mini dumpers, excavators, and trench diggers. We are based in Thanet just off the A2, at St Nicholas at Wade. The ideal Purchaser should have some mechanical skills and would want to expand the business with a repair center in the area, there is further potential to expand the business. Most of our sales are through websites as well as eBay. The business trading warehouse is on a Rental Licence which can be transferred to the buyer or if the Buyer wishes they can move the business to a location of their choice. The current stock at the moment must be in access of two hundred thousand pounds excluding stock we have on order with two manufacturers. We also have a stocked spare parts department. We will supply to the purchaser with all our reliable and trusted manufacturers as well as the Black Tools Website as will stay on for an agreed period from the date of handover. The reason for this sale is we set this business up for my son, who has decided to follow another career, we have had to come back to run the business and just do not have the time and interest to carry the business forward. The business has a company registration number and this is new with no debits so the purchaser has a clean slate. All the stock on hand is freehold.
We would also consider a partner who would be prepared to come and run the business and purchase a 50% share in the business, however, would prefer if the business was taken over completely as we would like to retire and concentrate on other business interests we have. Anyone interested is welcome to come and view the business and discuss this further.
